I cannot say enough wonderful things about Elaine.  My husband and I were first time home buyers and knew absolutely nothing about the process.  Working with Elaine was like working with family; she was there every step of the way, explained things to us patiently and always had our best interests in mind.  I don't know how many times I called her on a Sunday afternoon and she always picked up!  She made this sometimes scary and overwhelming process doable, and now we are settled into our dream house.  It's all thanks to Elaine, we couldn't have done it without her!
